How To Make Money On eBay Released!
My new study course, How To Make Money on eBay, is finally finished. It is being published by eSnipe's sister company, EasyOnMe. I'm very excited about it and there will, of course, be an upsell!

ebay sniping
They call it eBay sniping. It's one of the worst things that can happen to you if you're an eBay user, in which case eBay sniping is the most powerful tool in the box. You've got your heart set on that special item. You put your bid in early, and watch that item like a gardener caring for a delicate orchid. You're kind, attentive, you visit often--and some other bidder breaks your heart by outbidding you by a tiny amount.
bid!
You rethink your budget, and decide: I'll go for it. I want this thing. A lot. And I'm not going to let some moron beat me to it. You up your budget a bit, then BAM! Someone else steps in and outbids you. Lather, rinse, repeat. Finally you're ahead and it's only a matter of waiting out the auction. But when the auction finally closes....
you realize in horror that you are not the winner. Someone placed a bid in the closing moments of the auction. You've been sniped. eBay sniping has become the state of the art bidding method. Suddenly it's one of the best things that can happen, especially when you realize there are services like eSnipe that can do eBay sniping for you automatically at minimal cost.
eBay Sniping how-to
The automated bidding sites all work roughly the same way:
- Sign up. (It's always free to sign up, and few of them ask for any money up front).
- Hand over your eBay user ID and password. It's unavoidable, because their software agents must log into eBay and place the bid as if they were you.
- Copy in the item number or perhaps the URL of the item you want to bid on. Enter the amount you're willing to pay and click Place Bid or whatever.
That's it. You're done until the auction is over.
Suppose you change your mind or find a better deal elsewhere?
If you change your mind about your bid, not a problem!
- Just log into your eBay sniper service.
- Select the bid from your list of bids.
- Cancel that bid!
- If you were using eBay instead of being an auction sniper, you'd be hosed. But the eBay sniping services let you cancel, ranging from 1 hour before the end of the auction to 5 minutes before the end (services differ in the end times, with eSnipe cutting it closest from what I can tell. They let you wait until 5 minutes before the end of the auction.
bidding
Is it best to "sport snipe" or bid at the last minute by sitting at your computer, staring at the clock, hoping you can do a better job yourself? Here are the pros to that approach...
